Einführung unseres Rahmenplatteneinsatzes:
Naipu produziert alle Arten von Schlammpumpen und Ersatzteilen, unsere Backliner oder Rahmenplatten-Liner-Einsätze von 1,5/1 bis 16/14TU Modell. B15041 Rückenauskleidungen für Modell 1.5/1B-AHZJ. F8041A05-Rahmenplatteneinsatz für Schlammpumpe Modell 10/8E-M. Material ist A05-Ultrachrom, 27% Cr Erosionsbeständiges Weißeisen. Alloy A05 ist ein verschleißfestes Weißeisen, das eine hervorragende Leistung unter erosiven Bedingungen bietet. Die Legierung kann effektiv in einer Vielzahl von Aufschlämmungstypen verwendet werden. Die hohe Verschleißfestigkeit der Legierung A05 wird durch das Vorhandensein harter Karbide in ihrer Mikrostruktur erreicht. Alloy A05 eignet sich besonders für Anwendungen, bei denen eine leichte Korrosionsbeständigkeit sowie Erosionsbeständigkeit erforderlich ist.
