Keramik-Schlammpumpen-Laufrad
Keramikpumpenteile bestehen aus Siliziumnitrid-gebundenem Siliziumkarbid, das auf verschleiß- und erosionsbeständige Arbeitsanwendungen wie Kohlekraftwerke, Nichteisengießereien, Bergbau usw. ausgerichtet ist.
Unsere Keramikpumpenteile sind hauptsächlich Wellenhülsen, Laufräder, Deckplattenauskleidung, Halsbuchse, Rahmenplattenauskleidung usw.
Materialdaten und Vorteil
Keramik besteht aus Si3N4-SiC （ Siliziumnitrid-gebundenes Siliziumkarbid ） ist eine Art anorganischer nichtmetallischer Materialien.
Seine verschleißfeste Leistung beträgt 3,13 Zeiten Cr15Mo3 mit Mohs H Ardness 8,9, erst nach Diamant und kubischem Bornitrid. Im Vergleich zu ähnlichen Produkten ist unsere Keramikdichte etwa 5% höher als bei anderen und die doppelte Biegefestigkeit bei normaler Temperatur.
Die Korrosions- und Abriebfestigkeit von keramischen Schlammpumpenteilen ist höher als die von Teilen aus hochchromhaltigen Legierungen. Die Abriebfestigkeit von Si3N4-SiC-Material ist 3,13-mal so tragbar wie Cr15Mo3. Jedoch das Gewicht des Si3N4-SiC - Material ist nur 1/3 der hohen Chromlegierungsteile.
